ICON Realty Experts built its name on residential in Birmingham — and a 5.0★ rating across 11 Google reviews doing it. In June 2026 we put a dedicated commercial team behind the same name.
The commercial division is new. The deal flow is not: multi-million-dollar industrial, off-market multifamily, retail centers, land, car washes and operating businesses — all underwritten and marketed to offering-memorandum standard, from an office at 33483 Woodward Ave, Birmingham, MI 48009.
