A full OM: drone aerials, demographics, traffic counts and financials, assembled to the standard investors expect before they will take a call.

Targeted investor & tenant outreach
The OM goes to our buyer and tenant list first, then out through our Instagram channel — which is where most of our inbound now starts.

NDA-gated disclosure & tours
Address and brochure are disclosed after NDA. That is how we protect our sellers, and it is why our off-market deals stay off-market until they close.

Negotiation to close
Offers, counters, diligence and close — with the same team that underwrote it on day one.
