This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.

What we collect

Only what you type into one of our forms — your name, email, phone number and the details of what you are buying, selling or leasing. We do not sell it, rent it or share it with anyone outside ICON Commercial Experts and ICON Realty Experts.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to send you offerings that match what you told us you want, and to keep a record of the enquiry. If you asked for off-market deals we will email you when something fits. You can tell us to stop at any time by replying to any email or calling 586-331-6211.

Form handling

Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, our hosting provider, and delivered to us by email. Embedded Instagram reels and Google Maps frames are loaded from Instagram and Google respectively and are subject to their own privacy policies.

Confidential offerings

Information you receive under a non-disclosure agreement — including addresses, financials and offering memoranda for off-market properties — is confidential and must not be shared onward.
