02How off-market works
A seller who does not want their tenants, staff or competitors to know they are selling is trusting us with that. So we show the market, the asset type and the numbers publicly — and disclose the address and the brochure once an NDA is signed.
1031 exchange? Tell us your identification and closing dates on the form and we will work backwards from them.
